God is blessing us with our beautiful arrows—as always intended—through adoption, for our very own quiver of blessings. Join me along the way as I venture through marriage, parenthood and church planting in this crazy life He is calling me to live.
“…once our eyes are opened, we can't pretend we don't know what to do. God, who weighs our hearts and keeps our souls, knows that we know, and holds us responsible to act.” ~Proverbs 24:12
Awesome! Anthony was 2 when we got him and boy can I relate! It is awesome exhausting scary and wonderful all rolled into one! And very excited about the sweet little girlie girl! Love you!!
K and D, it sounds like you are both doing a great job! If I'd heard you say things were easy I'd wonder what was going on :-). It is certainly not easy living out your first moments as parents in a foreign country. I hope C feels better soon and you have good luck channeling B's energy! (Believe me...I know about 2 year old boys...DOUBLE 'WHEW'! :-) Sleep and eat when you can...and please keep filling us in! Love to you all.
